Abstract The antenna consists of pedestal, upper reflecting surface, lower reflecting surface, receiver input terminal and translucent film and the upper reflecting surface and the lower reflecting surface constitute one spherical or ellipsoidal surface. The upper reflecting surface is made of material transparent to the emitted radio wave and has translucent film embedded onto the inner or outer surface. Owing to that the radio wave from all direction are reflected to the focus, the antenna has same effective receiving area when the observed celestial body rotates relatively to the radio telescope. The antenna is fixed without need of tracking the observed celestial body.
