Abstract An aloe candy is prepared from starch syrup (50-60 wt.%), granular sugar (25-35 wt%), agar (4 wt%) and raw aloe juice (10-15 wt%) through bleaching agar, dissolving agar, decocting sugar, mixing, and cooling for shaping. Said mixing step includes mixing the decocted sugar with agar solution, heating to 100-106 deg.C, adding starch syrup, decocting, cooling to 70-76 deg.C and mixing with raw aloe juice. It features its health-care function.
