Abstract The present invention relates to the field of amphilic block copolymer, which is prepared through the first synthesis of copolymer of polyether dendrite and linear methyl polyacrylate, and the subsequent hydrolysis of ester radical in PMA chain into hydroxyl radical. The copolymer is used as luminous supermolecular complex material, delayed medicine releasing material, rheological property regulator, etc. It has an activity higher than common amphilic matter, a critical association concentration lower than common amphilic matter, and as luminous material and rare earth metal ion Tb3+ complex, its luminous intensity as high as over 150 times that of single Tb3+ ion.
