Abstract An axle linking structure without joint key between axle and axle jointer for stap motor and its linking method are disclosed. When motor is started, the motor and load are respectively at a relative positions to a fixed back clearance and the motor is accelerated. After the step motor rotates reversely by a distance greater than said fixed back clearance, the motor is linked with the load. At this time, said reverse rotation is stopped and the motor is immediately rotating forward to drive the load after passing through the back clearance. Its advantage is high start speed of load.
