Abstract A catalytic conversion method for reducing olefine content and sulfur and nitrogen in gasoline is characterized by in life pipe or fluidized-bed reactor, making preheated gasoline contect with catalyst whose carbon content is 0.1-1.0 wt%, under the conditions of that its reaction temp. is 300-650 deg.C, reaction pressure is 130-450 kpa, weight space velocity is 1-120 h(-1), weight ratio of catalyst and gasoline is 2-15 and weight ratio of aqueous vapour and gasoline is 0-0.1, making them produce reaction, separating reaction products and catalyst to be regenerated, making the catalyst to be regenerated undergo the processes of stripping and incomplete regeneration, and feeding it into a catalyst cooler to obtain the cooled catalyst which can be cyclically used. The olefine content of gasoline obtained by using the said method can be used reduced to below 22.5%, and at the same time the sulfur eontent and nitrogen content also can be reduced obvisouly.
