Abstract A catalytical transform process for preparing diesel oil and liquefied gas with high outputs features use of a 4-segment lifting-tube or fluidized-bed reactor, and includes such steps as feeding raw gasoline into gasoline cracking segment to contact with high-temp regenerated catalyst, feeding 20-100 Wt.% of cracked material or its mixture with oil grout and/or recycllic oil into heavy oil cracking segment, feeding 0-80 Wt.% of cracked material or its mixture with oil grout and/or recycllic oil into light oil cracking segment, feading reaction-stopping medium into reaction stop segment, separating resultant, and regenerating catalyst. Its advantages include high output rates of diesel oil and liquefied gas, low contents of S and olefine, and high octane number.
