Abstract The present invention includes an oil-emulsifying system parallelly-connected on the inlet end of piston pump of diesel system, and said oil-emulsifying system is formed from oil-filter connected with pipelines, static emulsifier, emulsified oil pump and emulsified oil tank, and the cylinder cap of the piston pump and the top of piston are coated with a layer of nickel base catalyst by adotping plasma or flame plating process. After the wall of cylinder is started by diesel system and heated, the emulsifying system can be used for supply fuel. Said invention can reduce nitrogen oxide and carbon black particles emission, at the same time it possesees the advantages of saving fuel and safe and reliable use.
