Abstract A three-gene coexpression plasmid, which may be pTrcFAT or colibacillus-myxophyceae shuttle expression plasmid, is constrcted by sequentially recombining three enzyme structure genes at downstream of promotor. Said three genes are fructose bispho sphatase, fructose bisphosphate aldolase and trisaccharide phosphate isomerase. Their linking sequence and mutant can exist in other plasmide in polymer mode. After the plasmid is transferred to colibacillus, high-activity coexpression of said three enzymes can be realized. The efficiency of photosynthetic living things in fixing CO2 in high-concentration CO2 is increased.
