Abstract The present invention belongs to the field of material processing technology, and is characterized by adopting aluminium, titanium and aluminium, or aluminium, nickel and aluminium, or titanium, nickel and titanium to form multi-layer metallic intermediame layer, and its steps are: 1. between connected materials, inserting multi-layer metallic intermediate layer with three-layer structure; and 2. placing the above-mentioned material into vacuum furnace, pressing, heating, heat-insulating and cooling to room temp. so as to form the joint with good high temp. property. Said invention can implement connection at lower temp. (the ceramic performance can not be damaged), and does not use noble metal alloy, and said joint possesses high mechanical property at 600 deg.C and its cost is low, etc..
