Abstract The invention relates to a disc asynchronous induction motor with a disc stator and a disc rotor. The down plane armature slot of the stator iron-core and the upper plane rotor slot of the rotor iron-core are all in radiation and distributed uniformly. The rotor is under the stator, an air gap is between them. The conductive rod in rotor winding extending along radial direction in the rotor slot generates inductive electrodynamic force since rotatating magnetic field generated when symmetrical current flow past stator winding of the armature slot through the air gap. Since the long conductive rod, the inductive electrodynamic force is high, the electromagnetic action effeciency is strong and the electromaganetic torque is large. Said motor is especially suited for the field with limited axial space.
