Abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for diagnosing mammary gland tumour, especially using optical method to diagnose malignant tumour, it is composed of probe, analog electric circuit and single chip processor system, and is characterized in that: probe part, light source voltage frequency controller providing woundless light source, which emits light to scatter and reflect by biological tissue, then two sets of filters respectively receive two different single wave length lights, these two single wave length light signals are converted into electric signals, which are amplified and sent to analogy circuit part; then the signals are sent to single chip processor to make fully automatic analysis. Advantages: woundless, high accuracy, no radiation harm to human body, low cost , etc.
