Abstract This invention is to provide an electro-acoustic transducer of a dual sound source structure that realizes reproduction of a signal in broadband frequencies and high power and acoustic transduction with high efficiency in spite of subminiaturized and ultra-slim size. The electro-acoustic transducer is provided with a yoke 40 in which 1st-3rd recessed grooves are formed at a prescribed interval on a line, 1st-3rd permanent magnets 61-63 that are placed in the 1st-3rd recessed grooves mutually in the same polarity to generate a non-alternate magnetic field, 1st and 2nd plates 64, 65 forming 1st and 2nd magnetic gaps between the outer circumferential parts of the plates and an upper end of the yoke, 1st and 2nd coils 36, 37 that generates an alternate magnetic field with the same phase when receiving a drive signal.
