Abstract The heat-processing method for raising high-alloy constructional steel hardness is characterized by that firstly, pretreating steel structural component, then thermal refining under the condition of single-way near static high pressure, pressure range is 1.5-6.0 GPa, i.e. heating steel component under the above-mentioned high pressure to normal hardening temp., heating-insulating according to normal time, then water-quenching to room temp., then heating steel component to normal tempering temperature under the above-mentioned high pressure, heating-insulating according to normal time, and cooling to room temperature. Said invention can greatly raise the hardness of high alloy constructional steel component.
