Abstract The present invention relates to a titanium alloy vibrating diaphragm with high-strength, high-rigidity and high mouldability, and is characterized by that the titanium alloy vibrating diaphragm material is formed from the following metal elements: one or two kinds of elements of V and Mo, weight content is 10%-17%; one or several kinds of elements of Cr, Fe, Sn and Zr, weight content is 1%-13%; one or two kinds of elements of Al and B, weight content is 0.1%-7%; and the rest is element Ti. This invention is high in strength, good in rigidity, and at the same time, possesses excellent mouldability.
