Abstract The present invention utilizes low smelting point alloy to replace mercury as plastic filling. Low smelting point alloy may be deposited and recovered when it is in molten state and has excellent rigidity and strength to strengthen mold cavity, form seamless rigid wall and resist forging pressure when it is solidified. After being heated to melt, the forming mold may be disassembled and recombined. The present invention makes it possible to reduce forging cost and reduce environmental pollution.
