Abstract The measurer includes motor, stirrer, reactor and sample container. The self-sucking phase dispersant stirrer is set at one side of the reactor, and the sample container is set at another side and embedded to the side wall of reactor. The sample container set inside light phase or heavy phase is one hollow cube with openings on the upper and the lower ends and the side, optical glass plates on the front and back ends. The reactor is set in the optical path comprising laser generator, lens and laser receiver, and has optical glass plate perpendicular to the optical path. The measurer realizes in-situ measurement of liquid drop and grain while dispersing liquid drop.
