Abstract The method of the present invention can raise the efficiency of reciprocating internal combustion engine, gas turbine and steam engine and reduce their environmental pollution. The method is changing externally cooling mode into internally cooling and efficiency increasing mode, and changing the mixed working medium of fuel gas and air into mixed working medium of fuel gas, air and steam. Applying the method can raise the heat efficiency of reciprocating internal combustion engine to over 60% and that of gas turbine and steam engine by over one time, reduce their waste gas discharge and reduce their manufacture cost.
