Abstract The Coriolis moss flow meter digital signal processing system uses digital signal processor (DSP) as nucleus and based on discrete Fourier transform method (DFT) is composed of signal collecting channel, DSP and logic controller, liquid cell display, keyboard input, moisture detector, serial communication, 4-20 mA output, exciting circuit and software. It adopts DET method to treatthe signal of Coriolis mass flow sensor, calculate the phase difference amplitude and frequence of flow meter vibration, detect out mass flow. It can realize full period sampling and ensure the precision of digital signal processing.
