Abstract The present invention features that the detecting liquid comprising methanol 100g, water 0-30 g and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is flow able and is separated through C18 chromatographic column and collected after passing through ultraviolet detector. During the measurement of the content and stability of medicinal material MIBI and ECD, the measured MIBI content has a theoretical number of plate greater than 7000, peak tailing factor 1, accuracy about 5% and recovery rate 95-110%, and the measured ECD stability has a theoretical number of plate greater than 5000, peak tailing factor 1, accuracy about 4%. The method is fast, simple, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for use in controlling quality of radioactive injecta.
