AbstractThe method for making nucleic acid molecular hybridization by using gene chip is characterized by that in the course of making hybridization with solid phase probe the liquid phase sample is undergone the processes of repeatedly heating and cooling treatment, and can be flowed between the hybridization cell and denaturation cell, and the probe surface of the chip medium piece is placed inthe hybridization cell. Said hybridization cell is communicated with the denaturation cell by means of pipeline. Under the denaturation cell and hybridization cell, a temp.-change device and a constant temp. device are set respectively. Said invention can reduce formation of double-stranded hybrid molecular in liquid phase sample, increase number of solid phase hybrid molecular so as to raise the signal intensity and molecular detection sensibility.
