Abstract A method and its DV instrument for measuring the instantaneous speed and orbir radius of electron moving in atom is disclosed. Said method includes radiating specimen by light source to generate emitting spectrum, measuring and recording wavelength data of the spectrum, calculating measured rydberg constant (R) with equation R=phi (lambda.n), calculating said instantaneous speed with an invented equation, and calculating said orbit radius with an equation of rydberg constant law.
