Abstract High-quality grains as raw material is produced into instant gruel material through the process of eliminating impurity, washing, soaking at room temperature, steam ripening, hot blast drying inside a conveying channel with top hot-blast blower, cooling, tablet compressing, swelling by hot blast sprayed by a combined nozzle while passing through a high-temperature normal pressure tunnel for drying, and then cooling to room temperature. The process can ripen the product completely, swell homogeneously, maintain the colour, taste and nutritious components of the material, and the product has short period of re-mixing with water and raised high quality.
