Abstract The method of producing high speed random code by using high frequency triode includes the following steps: selecting proper input power voltage and resistor value to that the input power voltage is equal te sum of the verse junction voltage of the triode and the product of the current and the resistance to ensure the reverse breakdown of the triode and proper working current; connecting the base and collector of the selected triode simultaneously to one end of the selected resistor and the other end of the resistor to the power, turning on the power and inputting selected input voltage to produce wideband random noise voltage; and outputting required high speed random code through processing the produced wideband random noise voltage in the signal processing circuit. The triode used may be a PNP or NPN one.
