AbstractThe invention discloses a processing method for plant protein hydrolyzate. It includes following steps. (1) Adding hydrochloric acid and water for solving and decomposing, mol ratio of acotic hydrochloric acid is 0.5-1.0. (2) Continue of supplying hydrochloric acid to carry through hydrolysis, neutralizing the solution that has finished first step. The invented method makes the creation of chlorine additive fall into inhibitory state, so as to obtain tasty condiment without complex technique to remove said chlorine additive.
