Abstract This invention provides a method for manufacturing plastic full-optical reflector mould, and its steps include using metallic rod material to make pieced needle which undergoes coarse-processing to obtain a blank, and its tip is a normal pyramid with three corners mutually intersecting at 90 deg., three side planes at the tip of the pieced needle are further fine-processed with milling cutter, then undergo grinding and polishing to make the angle precision and the surface roughness reach the technical requirement. Pieced needles are closed arranged to form a continuous regular array mould core. The electro-casting process with the array mould core as cathode to prepare concave mould cavity while is assembled on mould frame to constitute the mould.
