Abstract A method for treating high-zinc infusible copper concentrate is characterized by using blast furnace smelting process to treat high-zinc copper concentrate whose zinc content is 4-9%, and said method includes the following steps: firstly mixing high-zinc copper concentrate with general copper concentrate and gold concentrate, uniformly stirring them, in which the high-zinc copper concentrate content is 5-30% of total mixture quantity, zinc content is 3-6% of mixture material and silicon dioxide content is 8-10%, adding all materials into blast furnace and making smelting under the condition of high blast pressure, heavy blast volume, high oxygen concentration and high coke rate and selecting high melting point slag type. Said invention can fully utilize existent condition, can greatly reduce cost, and its operation is simple and easy.
