Abstract The present invention belongs to the field of high-energy cell technology for making room temp. secondary lithium cell. Said invention mixes all raw materials according to a certain proportion, and adopts dry method, wet method or thermal method phase-reversal process and utilizes the control of temp. and time to obtain microporous polymer diaphragm with high-temp. self-closed mechanism. Said diaphragm is simple in preparation process, low in cost, high in porosity, controllable in pore size, good in plasticity, large in liquid absorbing quantity, strong in surface adhesion property, high in mechanical strength, and favorable for making secondary lithium cell with good safety and long life. Said cell is suitable for heavy current charging and discharging, and said diaphragm also can be used as separation diaphragm and support diaphragm.
