Abstract A formation process of high-precision ceramic product includes material compounding, pulping, molding, cooling to gelatinize, demolding, blank drying and other steps, and features the curing agent for compounding material being polyvinyl alcohol and its derivative, which results in wide technological parameter range from cooling to gelatinization and no ice-water separation occurs during cooling. This kind of curing agent makes un-baked ceramic product have high strength and high elasticity, cooled un-baked product have high fracture strength and thus no damage is produced during demolding. The process of the present invention is especially suitable for molding high-precision ceramic product with complicated surface shape.
