Abstract The present invention relates to a new method for treating industrial raw water by means of removing oxygen and softening process and its oxygen-removing softening equipment. It is characterized by combining redox resin and cation exchange resin together, at the same time removing dissolved oxygen from industrial raw water and calcium and magnesium ions resulting into hardness of water and regenerating and reducing the resin for continuous use so as to produce oxygen-removed softened water which is good in quality and excels the state-set boiler water standard. Said invention is simple in preparation process, convenient in operation, high in efficiency and extensive in application range, and its self-consumption water, NaSO3 and NaCl can be saved by 50% respectively.
