Abstract A non-die hydraulic technology for integrally forming super-thin spherical shells, such as standard metallic ball, elliptical ball, egg-shell ball, or rain-drop ball, is disclosed. Its advantages include better stressed performance and beautiful appearance of ball, low cost decreased by 1/20, and short production period decreased by 49/50 as compared with conventional technology.
