Abstract A preparation method of catalyst for olefinic polymerization includes the following steps: making the dispersing agent decane or kerosene, magnesium ethylate and isooctanol product reaction to obtain magnesium ethylate alcohol solution, then making it and titanium tetrahalide and ethers compound produce inter action so as to obtain the magnesium chloride load-type catalyst. Said invention can be matched with metallorganic compound as cocatalyst, and when it is used for propylene polymerization, it has no need of externally applying electronic body. Said invented catalyst possesses high activity, can be used for liquid phase self-body polymerization, pasty liquor polymerization and gas-phase polymerization of propylene.
