Abstract The present invention relates to the photo electron and optical fiber communication field including use of ultraviolet rag laser as light source, the scanning reflective mirror fixed on scanning moving platform; the photo sensitive optical fiber fixed at proper position; uniform plase template set before optical fiber; by online input to set apodization function parameter, use of software in microcomputer to control moving state of scanning moving platform, to carry the scanning reflective mirror run according to said apodization function curve symmetrical distribution rule, scanning the optical fiber, the exposure of different optical fiber points distributing according to said function curve, so that the optical fiber grating is obtained. The present invention is simple, economy and fractical, and possesses good reproducibility and flexibility.
