Abstract An oxygen-enriching process without electric consumption features that the air passes through air compressor, cleaning system and membrane separation system to obtain a by-product which is the nitrogen-enriched air with a certain pressure. Said by-product along with the combustible gas burns in the catalytic combustion system to generate high-temp gas, which can be input to gas turbine to generate electric energy for said air compressor. Its product (oxygen-enriched air) can be used to prepare synthetic ammonia.
