Abstract The present invention belongs to the field of biological technology, and is formed from biological sensing unit, sample delivery unit and signal processing unit, and is characterized by that it uses an optical element light-analyzing lens to divide the light transmitted by a laser into two circuits, one of them is used for detecting change of light intensity, and another is used for detecting phase change so as to implement phase/light intensity composite biomolecular interaction real-time detection so as to obtain the various informations between biomolecules, specially to be able to obtain the relationship between biomolecular structure and function; and its functional characteristics. Said invention possesses the advantages of high sensitivity, simple structure and easy to implement.
