Abstract A process for sequentially extracting soybean isoflavone, oligose and saponin includes such steps as adding alcohol solution to raw material, filtering, collecting filtrate, recovering alcohol, adding water, regulating pH value to 2-3.5, separating the flocculated deposit from supernatant, dissolving said flocculated deposit in alcohol solution, separating supernatant, recovering alcohol, concentrating liquid until isoflavone is eluted out, sterilizing, spray drying to obtain soybean isoflavone; extracting soybean oligose and extracting soybean saponin. Its advantages are high utilization rate of raw material and low cost.
