Abstract A needle-shaped white pekoe tea is prepared from tea leaves through heating to 120 deg.C with non-smoke stove for killing out, drying at 36-38 deg.C until its water content is 10%, manual baking at 78 deg.C, inspection, and packing and sealing. It features that the finished tea leaf can vertically float in boiling water and it has a good taste and silvery white luster.
