Abstract A process for synthesizing Si-Al zeolite features that its templating agent is the mixture of hexamethyleneimine (76-84 wt.%), caprolactam (1-10 wt.%) and water (the rest) and the molecular sieve is hydrothermally synthesized from Si and/or Ge compounds, Al and/or B salts or oxides, hydroxides of alkali metal or alkali-earth metal, said templating agent and deionized water through crystallizing at 90-230 deg.C for 20 hr-17 days. The resultant ZSM-35 Si/Al zeolite can be widely used in catalytic reaction of hydrocarbons.
