Abstract The production process of soybean health-care oral liquor uses (wt%) 20-50% of soybean fermented liquor, 5-10% of ganoderma, 3-5% of polygonatum root, 5-10% of black jew's ear, 5-10% of lentinus, 3-5% of jujube, 3-5% of momordica grosvenori and 2-5% of ginseng and the rest is water, and includes the following steps: preparing soybean fermented liquor, preparing fungi, preparing Chinese medicine extract, uniformly mixing then, concentrating, filtering and regulating pH value to 5.0-6.0.
