Abstract A safety fireworks powder is formed from three groups of chemical raw materials of A, B and C, in which group A includes potasisum hyperchlorate, hydrogen potasium terephathalate, potassium permanganate and cement, group B contains potassium hyperchlorate, cupric oxide, barium nitrate, polyvinyl chloride, sulfur and cement and group C contains potassium hyperchlorate, iron powder, basic cupric carbonate, phenol formaldehyde resin, polyvinyl chloride, barium nitrate and cement. The above-mentioned three groups of powders are sieved, and mixed with adhesive, formed and dried so as to obtain the invented safety fireworks powder. In the course of production, transport or storage, if it does not contact with open fire, it can not produce explosion hazard.
