Abstract The present invention relates to prodn. method of superfine calcium kaolin, it uses mineral with kaolinite content higher than 10% as raw material, said raw material is ground to 20-2000 mesh kaolinite powder which is sent to calcining kiln to proceed calcination treatment, the treated kaolinite powder is sent to slurry preparing machine where is it prepared into slurry by adding water and stirring, said slurry is sent to grinder and grind into fine powder which is dried and deaggregated and graded into product. Advantages include: short processing flow path, fine particle size of product, can be used tomatically controlled, low energy consumption, low production cost etc.
