Abstract The present invention relates to a syringa reticulata tea, and is characterized by that it includes two types, and the preparation process of one of them includes the following steps: collecting tender leaf and tender stem of syringa reticulata in April 10-May 10 per year, blanching for 25-35 min., rolling and drying (including natural drying or drying by means of drying machine) for 20-30 min., and another of them is fragrance-adsorbed type, and its preparation method includes the following steps: collecting fresh flower in bud in the middle ten days of June per year, according to the ratio of 95:5 of tea and flower in bud placing them in a storage box to make tea fully adsorb flower fragrance, then adding 10% of jasmine tea and 10% of lotus nut so as to obtain the invented product which can be made into the types of strip, ball and fannings and possesses the functions of preventing and inhibiting tracheopathy and respiratory disease. Its preparation process is simple and cost is low.
