Abstract The objective of the invention is to simplify process of bonding a metal plate to a cushioning material to achieve mechanized convey of the cushioning material may via suction/convey cushioning material. Secondly, the aim of the invention is to prevent coarseness of cushioning material surface and when in need of cushioning material metal plates can separate from incineratable cushioning material, the metal plates can be used repeatedly. A composite heat-resistant cushioning material for a molding press has cushioning material without cushioning paper and an adhesive film. The adhesive film does not have tackiness property under normal temperature and which have adhesive property under heating are adhered in the half cured state to at least one faces of the cushioning material, if necessary, attaching a fabric with a proper mesh, superposed on the film.
