Abstract The technological process for producing fibre cement board by adopting vacuum extrusion method incldues the following steps: metering all the raw materials of cement, silicon powder, light aggregate, fibre, viscosity increaser and water, adding them into stirring kneader to make kneading and mixing, then feeding the obtained mixed material into high-pressure extruder to implement vacuum extrusion, embossing and cutting board blank, piling to make precuring, depiling, high-pressure steaming-curing, drying to obtain white board, fine processing edge and surface, coating and packaging so as to obtain the invented finished product. Its equipment can be used for preparing hollow and solid fiber cement board, its production process is full automation, and its product quality is good.
