Abstract The present invention relates to the preparation of membrane tube of fuel cell with solid oxide. The vacuum injection process includes slurry preparation, vacuum injection, demolding, pre-sintering and sintering. The slurry has ingredients comprising YSZ and Al2O3 in 10-30wt%, pyridine as dispersant in 0.5-2wt% other than water; and is ball milled before injected into gypsum mold. During injection, the outside pressure of the gypsum mold is maintained in 0.005-0.02 MPa for about 5 min. The technological process of the present invention can produce compact, thin-wall and high-strength membrane tube in short period and relatively lower sintering temperature.
