Abstract The present invention relates to a process for removing fly ash and SO2 pollution, providing post-waterfilm purified atomized flue gas meeting discharge standard for atmospheric environment protection field and by desulfurization to prepare high-purity gypsum, including the following steps: firstly, wet electrostatic removing ash and making ash-free gas, its ash-removing efficiency is greater than 99.99%, then wet electrostatic ash-removing and desulfurization, its ash-removing efficiency is greater than 99.99% and its desulfurization efficiency is greater than 98%, using same process and utilizing lime stone to make desulfurizatino of ash-free flue gas to prepare high-purity gypsum, its desulfurization efficiency is greater than 98%. The above-mentioned first wet electrostatic separation process and secondary wet electrostatic separation process are series-connected together so as to attain the goal of eliminating flyash and SO2 pollution.
