Abstract The present invention relates to a low-carbon Cr-Mo steel submerged arc welding wired rod, and its chemical components are (wt%) C 0.05-0.15 Mn 0.3-1.5, Si 0.1-0.6, Cr 0.8-2, Mo 0.1-1.0% Ti is less than or equal to 0.12, S is less than or equal to 0.005, P is less than or equal to 0.008. Sn is less than or equal to 0.001, As is less than or equal to 0.001, and the rest is Fe. After the invented wire rod is used for welding, and tempered for 5 hr. at 690 deg.C, it possesses excellent low-temp. toughness. It is suitable for welding 15 CrMo and 14CrIMo low alloy heat-resistant steels extensively used in the fields of power station boiler, petroleum chemical industry and nuclear power, etc.
