Abstract The present invention relates to a low-carbon Cr-Mo steel submerged arc welding wired rod, and its chemical components are (wt%) C 0.05-0.15 Mn 0.3-1.5, Si 0.1-0.6, Cr 0.8-2, Mo 0.1-1.0% Ti is less than or equal to 0.12, S is less than or equal to 0.005, P is less than or equal to 0.008.
