Abstract The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide-human vesicular membrane-spanning protein VIP36-23.54, polynucleotide for coding said polypeptide and method for producing this polypeptide by using DNA recombination technology. Said invention also disclsoes the method for curing several diseases, such as malignant tumor, hemopathy, HIV infection, immunological disease and various inflammations by using said polypeptide.
