Abstract An energy-saving type indoor ceiling lamp having meter and loudspeaker, includes a lamp body in which there is provided with a flourescent lamp and an arc lamp cover; a convex reflector is mounted at the side of the lamp body, and a plurality of first and second heat-discharged openings and second heat-discharged openings are formed around the lamp body and the reflector, there is provided with an electronic stabilizer, a sensor and a speaker at one side of the lamp body and provided with a charger, a electronic meter and a time reservation machine at the other side of the lamp body, the arc lamp cover treated under high temperature forms a diamond alveolate backlighting sheet on inner surface and forms a plurality of luminous stars on outer surface. The invention can save energy and power, and a get-up ring can be stopped after user gets up.
