Abstract An environment control system for disabled people is composed of multimedia computer, control box connected to parallel port of computer and system software including learning module and speech recognition module. Said control box consists of power supply controller for the electric appliances , telephone controller connected to telehone set, and infrared remote controller connected to TV set.
