Abstract The fresh-keeping method for frunit and vegetable which can be implemented under the condition of normal temp. and cold storatge mainly includes the following two portions: injecting the nutrient fresh-keeping liquor into interior of fruit or vegetable body or adsorbed by fruit or vegetable themself (including branch, stem and root) to raise disease-resisting capability of fruit or vegetable self-body, and applying air humidifying regulating agent outside fruit or vegetable to control humidity to attain the goal of keeping freshness. Said invented method can obtain obvious fresh-keeping effect.
